Our Team
Traci’s passion for home design began at an early age watching her parents work together to design and build homes. She started working for them in high school and has been designing for over 20 years. She loves the moment when you see your dream home for the first time – that smile makes it all worthwhile!
Traci’s experience in design and construction, along with her ability to listen to clients and understand their needs, has made her a very successful building designer. In all her work, Traci strives to be creative, innovative, and caring. Each unique design begins with a conversation about your individual wants and needs for your new home.
Traci is a Certified Professional Building Designer through the National Council of Building Design and a Fellow of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). She serves on the Executive Committee for the Texas Institute of Building Design and on the Board of the Austin Infill Coalition, where she’s actively involved in advocacy efforts. With most of her projects based in Austin, Traci works closely with city departments and industry peers to help shape policies that support thoughtful, efficient, and buildable design. When she’s not in the studio, she loves spending time with her family and planning her next travel adventure, always in search of great architecture, good food, and a little inspiration along the way.
TRACI DIGIORGIO, CPBD, PRINCIPAL + FOUNDER
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Nicolás works remotely with Team KDG. Bringing over 11 years of experience in residential architecture, he is passionate about thoughtful design and finding creative ways to make spaces not just beautiful, but also comfortable and functional. With a strong background in BIM workflows, Nicolás keeps projects organized and running smoothly, so ideas can move from concept to reality without losing sight of the details that make a home special.

Fun fact! While studying architecture at Belgrano University, Nicolás was awarded the annual design prize five years in a row — every year from his first to his last!
Outside of architecture, you’ll find him on the tennis court, cooking asado for friends and family, or planning his next trip. And yes, he’ll gladly invite you to the next asado.
NICOLÁS VOIRO, DESIGNER + BIM SPECIALIST
Lucas discovered his love for architecture early on through a fascination with drawing and building physical models. Originally from Brazil, he earned his degree from the University of Brasília and his Master’s in Sustainable Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin in Italy.
With over eight years of experience and a background as a licensed architect in Brazil, Lucas has worked across all phases of design—from first sketches to construction detailing—on a wide range of residential projects. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail reflect a passion for creating spaces that blend beauty, function, and sustainability.
When he’s not designing, you’ll find him studying languages and architectural history, exploring Europe, or enjoying the beaches of Florianópolis with his cat, Bento.
LUCAS BANDEIRA, DESIGNER
Faith believes every home has a story—and she loves helping tell it. With a professional background that bridges both creative media and the design industry, Faith brings a rare blend of storytelling, project coordination, and client care to her role. After studying film and working in production, she transitioned into the residential design world, where she developed strong experience supporting designers, builders, and clients through detailed project workflows and communication.
Based in Austin, TX, Faith is known for her clarity, organization, and people-first approach, ensuring every client feels supported and informed from the first conversation to the final deliverables. Outside the office, you’ll find her exploring local coffee shops and spending time with friends. She never turns down good conversation, a spontaneous adventure, or a perfectly timed movie quote.
