Our Team
Traci's passion for home design began at an early age watching her parents work together to design and build homes. She started working for them in high school and has been designing for over 20 years. She loves the moment when you see your dream home for the first time – that smile makes it all worthwhile!
Traci's experience in design and construction, along with her ability to listen to clients and understand their needs has made her a very successful building designer. In all her work, Traci strives to be creative, innovative and caring. Each unique design begins with a conversation about your individual wants and needs for your new home.
Traci is certified as a Professional Building Designer through the National Council of Building Design and serves on the Executive Committee for the Texas Institute of Building Design. She is also a member of the American Institute of Building Design. When she is not in the design studio, she loves to spend time with her family and plan her next Disney adventure!

Cindy is the detail rockstar on our team! With over 30 years of architectural experience, Cindy transforms your visions of comfort and style into a reality. It's the little details that turn a house into a home, and she loves being part of the team that makes it all happen. With a seemingly infinite knowledge on city code and great attention to detail, Cindy's specialty is turning preliminary plans into the final construction documents that will bring your house to life! Whether in her personal life or professional, Cindy handles every situation with grace and precision.
Cindy is a Certified Professional Building Designer, member of the American Institute of Building Design, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Texas Institute of Building Design. She truly has a passion for great architecture. When she’s not in the office, she loves spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors!

If you give our office a call, Jordan is the first member of the team you'll meet! After graduating from Elon University in 2020 with dual degrees in Cinema & Strategic Communications, Jordan moved to Austin and became an integral part of the KDG team.
Jordan's highly versatile skill set has earned her the honorary title of "Office Jedi." She manages the majority of office communication, maintains our website and social media accounts and handles permitting for all our City of Austin projects. When she's not in the office, this self-proclaimed foodie loves to try new restaurants and explore the outdoorsy side of Austin.
