Traci Kelley designed two completed residential homes for us. They are excellent examples of the Modern Farmhouse style, with appealing exteriors and extremely well planned and comfortable interiors. Traci's services went beyond providing a design on paper, to assisting with Austin planning, permitting and inspection issues during construction. Our second project had issues with heritage trees (often a development nightmare) and Traci ended up using them in her design, making them a focal point from sunroom windows in one home.
